It’s all about YOU and your body

Archbishop Jason Gordon facilitates the Lenten retreat for the members of the AFLC Board at the Seminary on March 10. The theme was ‘Five levels of Vocation’.

How far is too far? Why are my attractions so powerful?  Is this really love or are we just using each other? Do you really love me for who I really am? What does love look like? What does the world say about your body? What is at the root of our desires?

On Friday, February 16, 22 young adults started a 12-week journey with the YOU Theology of the Body (TOB) programme in the Lounge at the Seminary of St John Vianney and the Ugandan Martyrs. The sessions are held 6–9 p.m.

The Archdiocesan Family Life Commission (AFLC) and the Youth Commission collaborated in strengthening young adult ministry in the archdiocese to host the YOU TOB programme. These interactive sessions will continue until May. A team comprising married couples, young adults, clergy and religious is presenting the programme.
