Dame Louise, exemplary lay apostle

Carmelite tertiary Neila Todd, who knew Dame Louise Horne well, pays tribute.

“She hath put out her hand to strong things; she hath opened her hand to the needy and stretched out her hand to the poor” (Prov 31:19–20).

This panegyric honours the transition of Dame Louise Horne, Medal of Merit (Gold), Gens d’Arime, on Palm Sunday (March 28) 2021, at the age of 107.
