RC primary, secondary schools do well in Junior Pan

The competition was fierce at last Sunday’s finals of the National Junior Panorama 2018 at the Queen’s Park Savannah. However last year’s winning bands were able to hold off the competition.

St Margaret’s Boys’ AC continued their title-winning ways earning 278 points and first place to retain the Junior Panorama title with Peter Ram’s ‘Good Morning’; 2. Tacarigua Presbyterian, ‘Full Extreme’ (MX Prime and the Ultimate Rejects) 272 pts; 3. Guaico Presbyterian ‘Toco Band’ (Kitchener) 271 pts; 3. St Mary’s Government ‘Free Up’ (Chris ‘Tambu’ Herbert) 271 pts; 5. St Paul’s Boys’ Anglican ‘Poom Poom’ 270 pts.

Two Catholic schools placed in the top ten, Malabar RC was seventh with ‘Hulk’ (Dexter ‘Blaxx’ Stewart) with 263.5 points, and Rosary Boys’ RC, tenth with ‘Far from Finished’(Aaron ‘Voice’ St Louis) 254 points.
